This is my first post and i want to share my very pleasure experience with my lads watching 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup between Indonesia V Thailand at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta, Indonesia. I went there with my high school mates Pangeran, Indra, Arko, Icha, Yogi, Arip and Pangeran's new gf, Riri. It was my very first time watching a football match live from the stadium so days before event, i just can't wait for it, moreover my country was gonna have a game with Thailand before semi-final. It's not our crucial game because we won two matches before which means we've already got 6 points and if we lose, we can still go through semi-final. Me and my lads were gathering at my house first before Pangeran picked us up with his car and we went at 3 PM.




Thank God it was a holiday so we didn't find any traffic and got there at 4 PM. Icha, the Milanisti girl (supporter of A.C. Milan) was really worrying will we get the ticket or not due the time. But fortunately, we got the tickets!!!




We took seat at Upper Sector 5-8. Hours before the kick-off we decided to get in and took some photographs at the stadium. This is the best part for me :)






















Before kick-off began, both squad trained at the pitch and the whole supporters at the stadium screamed like crazy! Icha was hysterical when Irfan Bachdim came to the pitch hahaha she was really exciting to see him! Hmmm i think every girls were :p

I was very proud for being Indonesian when singing Indonesian National Anthem "Indonesia Raya" with about 80,000 Indonesian supporters at the stadium. One of the best moment i have ever involved!!! :)

Score was still 0-0 till the half-time and that's when i feel hopeless that the game might ended by draw.




Thailand scored 1 at the second-half and i just can wish Indonesia should draw it no need to win it! Draw might be great than lose. In the middle of second-half, Pangeran and Riri went to parking area earlier for making us easier to went out the stadium when the game is ended. Avoiding the local traffic. You know, Gelora Bung Karno is the biggest stadium in South-East Asia and we might trapped at traffic since leaving the stadium even we're still in stadium complex.

No need to take a long time, Bambang Pamungkas went in and Irfan bachdim went out and BP (Bambang pamungkas) scored 1 for Indonesia by penalty kick and the whole stadium was screaming like we just win World Cup Bid. I was very proud of him and some of supporters showing off the banner wrote "BP (Bambang Pamungkas) is still legend" and yes, he's still legend after all!!!

Minutes before time up, Indonesia got another penalty kick and Thailand got red card and BP took it off for the second time. And yeeeeeeeeeeeeees we made it!!! We lead 2-1 and reverse the game!!! I was recorded it and gonna upload it on YouTube ASAP!!! :)

I also recorded when the whole supporters made something like human-wave to give them more support. Really it was very funny hahaha :D

I think Indonesian supporters are the best and crowded supporters in the whole world not because i'm an Indonesian but you won't believe me till you check it out by your own eyes hehe.

AND YOU KNOW WHAT??? Current England captain, Rio Ferdinand also tweeted for Indonesia, more, he had tweeted for all Indonesia's match against Malaysia, Laos and Thailand!!! Proud of Indonesia so hiiiiiiiigh :)












Looking forward for the semi-final at GBK (Gelora Bung Karno) between Indonesia against Philippine on December 16 and December 18. It will be a home-away game but AFF (ASEAN Football Federation) has announced Philippine doesn't have a decent stadium for semi-final so the home and away game will be held at GBK. Wohooooooooooooooo my thoughts are with Indonesian lads. GO INDONESIA!!! Show them our truly power with the third player at stadium, INDONESIAN SUPPORTERS!!!
